Y’know, for being such a heavily urban location, Chicago sure does have lots of trees.

Given that I posted a photo of a barren tree about a week ago, I figured this would make a good counterpoint to that photo. Turns out there are lots of trees in Chicago that turn yellow in the fall…true, there are a few reds and oranges, but many of them are yellow. Anyways, they’re pretty, aren’t they? I found this particular one in Lincoln Park, just north of Belmont Harbor…actually, very close to the barren tree I posted earlier.
