Boy, I’m tired, so I’m not going to prattle on any more than I need to…

Location: Chicago, Illinois; Lakeview Neighborhood

This is the intersection of Sheffield, Newport, and Clark, facing south, in the Lakeview neighborhood. This is one of the (relatively) few “irregular” intersections in the city, where the normally perpendicular street intersection is joined by a diagonal street – leading to the intersection having six corners, rather than the normal four. In the background, you can see the CTA Brown Line elevated tracks – with a train crossing the street.

Photo 2:
Location: Chicago, Illinois; Uptown Neighborhood

This is a view of the elevated Sheridan stop on the CTA Red Line, as seen from south of the station on Sheridan. The street on the north side of the tracks is Irving Park; while you can’t easily make it out due to the lowered resolution of this image, the train that’s waiting at the stop is a south-bound train to 95th & Dan Ryan, the southernmost stop on the Red Line.

Photos 3, 4, & 5:
Location: Chicago Illinois; Lakeview Neighborhood (Wrigleyvillle)

These, of course, are three views of Wrigley Field in the Lakeview Neighborhood; due to its long association with the ballpark, the surrounding blocks are commonly known as Wrigleyville. One of these days, I should probably catch one of the games there, seeing as how I live only a few blocks north of here.
